This portal is for liquor permit renewals only. If you are looking to renew your supplier certificate, please email Liquor_B&W@com.state.oh.us for assistance.
To get started, please enter your permit number below. If you do not know your permit number, refer to your liquor permit. Please note that a permit number must have seven numerical digits (“base number”) and it may have a “dash extension” at the end as well. For example, 1234567 is the base permit number and some permits may have, as an example, “-0001” after the base number (i.e., 1234567-0001). Please enter your full permit number below. ***
After you have entered your permit number, you will then need to enter a valid email address that you use for your business. The division will send you an email within 24 hours of registration. That email will contain a custom link that you will click on to renew your permit(s). If you haven't received your email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder. If it is not there, please contact the division at the email listed below.
***If you have multiple business locations tied to the same base permit number, you can renew all of your locations at the same time by entering only your base permit number, no extensions.

The Department of Commerce will no longer accept cash starting on February 1. All payments can be made online or through check or money order.
